Math Art!

Made this sphere out of paper plates and bobbypins with my REACH (gifted) kids today, they had a great time. You can find the instructions on http://www.wholemovement.com/

There are also instructions there to make a tetrahedron (pyramid) out of a paper plate. I posted a picture of that about a month ago- under my tags it's paper plate geometry. If you've got kids, go get the cheapest paper plates you can find (This is important!!The cheaper they are the better they fold.) and some bobby pins and try this one out! It's fun and pretty easy! I really need to order this guy's books. I also need to order that scrapbook ahesive gun like Amy's. I kept putting it off/forgetting. Must have one of those. WOOT! Last night I made this classy birthday card for a friend. I really like the black & green together.
