I haven't posted any of my crafty bits for a while. I've just been swamped with preparing for testing and my evaluation at work... I have been crafting, but have just been too lazy to post the things here.

So here are some of my favorite recent craftings.

Girly Girl

The last few days I played with my Girly Girl Kit from SIStv... made these things with it.

Another Kaitee Mini Book.

This Tinkerbell shadowbox. A present for my friend Meg who loves Tink. :)
A birthday card made witha Home Depot paint chip (at least that place is good for something!)
for my friend Jenn who loves all things Disney.
A mini book to hold my ATCS from a recent swap.
I may use the same format for my classroom "checkbooks" that I intend to make this year.
A LO about Kaitee the furture scrapper. She just loves my scrap supplies!
This wasn't from the Girly Girl collection, it was a challenge to make a tag and include something old that means something to you (the envelope one of you might recognize), something purple, and stiped paper. : ) It will probbaly end up being the cover for a mini or something. That's my name in Korean on the heart. :)

Today I broke into my Scarlet Lime & ConCroption July Kits. LO's coming from those soon. :)

This post is brought to you by the color PINK

Made this for my niece Kaitee using my Cricut and some DARK T-SHIRT iron on transfer paper. Not my idea, my friend Amy told me how to do this. Here's how..
1:Open a photoshop/paintshop blank document
2: Make it a bit bigger than the transfer you want to do.
3. Use your paint bucket and fill the entire space with the color you wnat the transfer to be.
4. Print that solid block onto the iron on paper (It has to be the dark t-shirt transfer paper, even if your shirt is white...because you are not cutting the image in reverse.)
5. Use your cricut to cut out what you want on the transfer paper. (I have the Sure Cuts a Lot software and used a font from my computer)
6. Peel the transfer paper off the mat leaving your design behind.
7. Slowly peel each letter off and place it on the shirt where you want it.
8. Follow iron-on directions.

School Projects

I've also worked on a few projects at school in the absence of my computer...

A mural at school. It's on a bulletin board and all that "white space" will be filled with papers/posters, etc. I just got tired of the plain wall. I used my Cricut to cut out the letters from vinyl...& yes they are Josh song lyrics. :P

This is the 3rd mural I have painted. The first one was in a friend's living room, a fantasy thing with a pegasus & dragons. The second one was in my last classroom, a reproduction of Starry Night by VanGogh. I'm doing another one this summer in a friend's kid's bathroom... "Fish n' Ships" that one is gonna be fun. :) Gotta research some ships though. LOL.

The Happy jar. I made these with my students the last week of school. Theya re filled with compliments form each other. :D

One More Monday...

...until summer!!!!!!!!!!! & I can scrapbook all day long! YAY!!!!!!!!

More likely that i'll spend half of the day sleeping, but still. LOL.

Today I made this, momento box ...with the *new* Teresa collin's Travelogue paper (that I won in her blog drawing)... for my friend from Canada who is going to Europe this summer.
When she gets back I'll be making a matching mini album for her.

A page made from the latest Scarlet Lime Kit...dedicated to my best friend of 25 years (we met in Kindergarten) she's the momma of my "neice" Kaitee.

A page made from the Romantic Collection from SisTv...who is more romantic than Josh?
I took these pics on Phoenix (3-25-07) the one is a bit blurry, but I love it. "Mai" means never in Italian.. it's one of my fave songs from the Awake album. :D

Scraps of Late

Things created recently but not posted yet...mainly becuase I was too tired/busy to upload pics.
School has eaten my face this week. 19 more days. I did create something everyday this week... and so far this year. That's almost 5 months of making thinsg EVERYDAY. :D

Goodbye card
LO about my fave place to stay
Card, I glittered those cherries, but flipping an adhesive backed chipboard over and using the adhesive already on it for the glitter.

A LO made with new Rusty Pickle paper which was B&W when I started.

More cards, made at a Stampin' Up party today

I also made more cards and decorated a candle at that party. Before the party I made a present for a friend which I am exceptionaly proud of, but want to be a surprise so I am not posting it here until she gets it.

LOVE the way this LO came out. Josh is on popdots and sticks off the page.

For the latest DreamGirls Challenge: Reality Show title, felt, & stamping.

This started out as a card, but it grew wings! Now it's a wall hanging.
