Scrappy news: Last week I won the concroption organization contest & the weekly project catwalk challenge (for my "awake" page).

My best friend and I made these magic wands and flowery head wreaths last night. They are to sell at the medieval fantasy fest here in town at the end of September. I usually just paint faces, but I decided ot expand my booth this year. I'll be making lots more of these.

The wand display was made out of a pringles can.

School is Eating Me

I haven't posted for a whole week, but I have been creating! That first week of school is always exhausting. So glad it's over!!!

This was for the Creative Therapy Blog. The Challenge was "your first memory of love" I made this page about the first boy I ever liked. :) That's scrawny little me in the picture.

This one was use a subscription card from a magazine. Well, I had one from a scrapbooking kit and used that instead. It's the PP with the letters on it. The back was an advertisement.

This challenge: use a recipt.
THis one was called Windows. I made a cool picture frame. I got paint all over my calendar. Oops.
This challenge was to scrap your hands. I used the Christa McAuliffe quote altered a little.

I made more stuff last night, but still need to take pictures of it.

I've been asked to be a guest designer for Scrapstars this month! I'm so excited! :D

Blast from the past

I totally ruined my Hawaii photos by glueing them into a paperscrapbook when I was 17 and stupid. I found a handful of duplicate pictures in a box that had been in a picture frame and scrapped them. I know Eldon will get a kick out of these pages.


This pictures is crap, but it deserved it's own page. It was the first time I ever saw the ocean.
I was 17... it was at Waikiki beach in hawaii, in the dark. LOL We all jumped over the waves and chased each other through the surf and ended up swimming with our clothes on. It was my favorite memory from the Hawaii trip. :D


Right after I rgaduated college I worked in a dry cleaners for the summer. It was so stress free compared to this job. All I had to worry about were creepy old guys hitting on me. But there was a nice trade off, hot policemen gave me their uniforms once a week to wash and flirted with me.
Hehe.
